Bio
Dr. Teja is an Assistant Professor at the University of Toronto in anesthesiology and critical care medicine. He received his undergraduate degree in Physics from McGill University as well as his Medical Degree and Master of Business Administration (dual degree) from Dartmouth College. He then completed his residency at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and his fellowship in Critical Care Medicine at the University of Toronto. Dr. Teja is also completing a PhD in Clinical Epidemiology and Healthcare Research at the University of Toronto. His research is focused on the use of steroids and vasopressors in critically ill patients. He has published over 40 manuscripts in high-impact journals including AJRCCM, ICM and JAMA Internal Medicine.
