Dr. Andrea Castellví-Font trained in medicine at the Rovira i Virgili University and completed postgraduate residency training in Critical Care medicine at Hospital del Mar, Barcelona, Spain. Dr. Castellví-Font is currently a Postdoctoral Researcher at Toronto General Hospital Research Institute, University Health Network, under the supervision of Dr. Ewan Goligher. Concurrently, she is pursuing a Ph.D. in applied respiratory physiology at Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona, Spain. Her research focuses on improving the delivery of mechanical ventilation in acute hypoxemic respiratory failure to enhance patients’ outcomes.
